2009 Winners Announced
The Age, Sydney Morning Herald and Colonial First State congratulates all 2009 Sports Performers. Craig Alexander took home the coveted prize and $50,000 courtesy of Colonial First State.
• Sports Performer of the Year - Craig Alexander
• Performer of the Year with a Disability - Kurt Fearnley
• Young Performer of the Year - Lauren Mitchell
• Team Performance of the Year - Australian Socceroos

Winners in all categories, as voted for by the Australian sporting public, were announced at a gala function in The Ballroom, Star City on Wednesday evening. A special 1 hour telecast including award highlights, red carpet action and interviews will be shown on
